Dreams and Nightmares - by Otlotleng Yawa

THE TRUTH IS BETWEEN YOUR MOUSTACHE AND NOISE; BREATH!
STOP SEARCHING IN THE WRONG PLACES BECAUSE IT'S FUTILE,
WHATEVER THAT YOU LOOKING FOR IS IN YOU.

PRIMITIVELY YOUR CONSCIOUS
IS POWERED BY YOUR SUBLIMINAL COGNITIVE,
THUS WHAT YOU DO NOR SEE IS HISTORY,
HENCE YOUR DREAMS ARE ALWAYS BLURRY!

WHAT IS TO BE MUST BE.
YOU ARE THE PIONEER OF YOUR DESTINY
LIFE IS NOT HARD NOR EASY; IT IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT TO BE,
THUS ADVERSITIES ARE NOT PERMANENT.

OIL DOES NOT MIX WITH WATER, HOWEVER THEY BOTH LIQUIDS.
A NIGHTMARE IS A DREAMS' WORST ENEMY, ALTHOUGH THE BOTH OCCUR WHILST YOU SLEEP.

Death Witness - by Otlotleng Yawa

An excruciating felling indeed
A wound that never heals
The only sombre celebration
Where nostalgia and reminiscence are the only smile bearers

Trying to avoid the void
Tragic thoughts torturing relentlessly
Scarred emotionally and psychologically
If we could barter places, I'd agree gladly
This looks like a calamity that cannot be repaired
Tastes bitter as a terminated contractual obligation
I hear angels chanting
Does it have to end like this?
