Author biography

What is there to say? My name is Kirsty and I'm a poet. From earliest girlhood I was drawn to woodland. The forest near to my home was spooky and quiet, and I felt a curious sort of magic there. What shape the magic took depended on anything from the weather to my temperament. Sometimes it was a earthy, "vanilla" kind of paradise; sometimes it was dreamlike; sometimes it was dark and malicious, even in the bright sunshine. That ever-changing sense of magic is what inspired me to write.
